Staff tells clients to leave with no grounds to do so and causes trauma and relapse.

Horrible place the staff are so ignorant and rude both male and female staff members ! They are miserable and I would say they definitely hate there job NO RESPECT AND VERY DEGRADING. . . More like bullies

Staff degrades the people there trying to get help. Absolutely disgusting the way some of the staff talks to the people there, and degraded them as if theyβre under them.

Hello Sean, I am glad you reached out to us. For substance abuse, we have a four-month residential facility in Waterbury and outpatient and IOP programs in Waterbury, Torrington, and Danbury. For mental health, we have 1-3 year programs in Waterbury and Torrington that focus on skill-building and helping clients move toward independent living. We also have a long-term home in Waterbury.
Residents and staff are both allowed to smoke outdoors. We have designated smoking areas. There are visiting hours for residents, but there are guidelines surrounding this. The program can provide more specifics for you. Please call 203-756-8984 ext. 107. Thank you for your interest.
During orientation (the first two weeks at the program) clients can use house phones. Once orientation is completed, clients are allowed to have cell phones during approved times.
Our facility is clean and spacious. Our food is prepared fresh daily and quite good, but I may be partial. :-)
Please call our Drug Services staff at 203-756-8984 ext. 107. While we do not offer detox, our staff will help connect you with a detox program in your area and will discuss a residential stay at our program thereafter.
