Cliff came to my home in July to give me an estimate for a ductless AC system. He took no measurements, didn’t even want to see the second floor. I had to talk him into going upstairs to view the space. I asked Cliff if he wanted to take some measurements and he seemed insulted, saying “ I know how to do my job”. When I finally did receive an estimate, I had to call twice for him to send it, his estimate was more than $20,000 over the previous two estimates that I had received. The major reason for this extremely high estimate was that he was ordering a system that was way too large for the size of my home. I contacted him regarding this, as I trusted Costco and still wanted to use their Lennox system. I’m still waiting for that new estimate. Such a waste of time!

Our Maytag Washer stopped supplying water for washing our clothes. I cleaned the filters but the problem was the valve. After trying endlessly to get the manufacturer for parts and/or service, I called Tri-City. They responded with a next day appointment and the technician was 1. On time, 2. Very professional. He was well spoken, explained his procedure and the company policy, and his appearance was also very professional. He had a uniform and was very clean. I asked about his experience and it turns out he has worked 6 years with Tri-City. That immediately tells me the owner treats talent very well by paying them for their expertise and hard work, and the technician is also someone who values the company he works for and treats the company with respect. The problem was indeed the water valve which needed to be replaced. Tri-city ordered the part and returned in two days to complete the installation. The appointments were scheduled each time with pre-call reminders each time and the technician called with his eta 30mins in advance to let us know his arrival. If they could give ten stars I would. Tri-City is a excellent appliance service provider, who has obviously invested well in talent and learned how to run a service business.

I’m grateful to Tri City Heating And Cooling for my AC system prompt service repair by their professional service technicians, Austym and Tom today. The AC system kept shutting down completely and intermittently running during this eighty degree heat wave. Thank you’s!
