It’s been 3 months since I got anything back from this place for an appointment. Multiple times Olga was sent a message to reach out to me and still no response. Very concerning how this place deals with matters.

Be careful, they told me they took my insurance and I found out that wasn't the case when the bill came. I'm lucky that it wasn't the end of the world for me, but that could really hurt some people financially. It seemed like a pretty unethical bait and switch.

Absolutely pathetic place. My therapist was condescending and once I ended therapy, the med department stopped calling me so now I have no meds period. Absolutely disgusting business. They owe me money, keep telling me somebody will contact me about it but then nobody ever does, but they have the BALLS to send me a bill still. NEVER use this service.

The therapists are all great. Unfortunately it's the management of billing that really sucks. They were supposed to charge me after every session. They apparently did not and are now expecting me to pay an over $800 bill. I just sent a letter today as they did not charge my new insurance either after the new year and charged me full price. It's hard for me to just cough up $800 just because they didn't keep up with their billing. That's alot to ask of a person. So just be aware and maybe put the money to the side as there is a chance they aren't charging you and are racking up the cost.
