Set up and service were very professionally done. The serviceman had to enter my home to spray the windows for carpenter ants and he wore disposables over his boots which I found to be very considerate of him. The service was only 2 days ago and yet there are tons of dead bugs on the outside perimeter of the house. Although this is a quarterly contract, the company has assured me that they will come out in between service, as needed, at no extra charge to me. I look forward to working with this pest control company.
