If I could I would give a minus one I have been buying redwings for many years and never had a problem but this time they had to order my size no biggie but then it took about 10days longer than told some what a big deal but then the insoles were defective that I paid extra for and lasted 2 months was told they stopped making them and no I wasn't going to be reimbursed or get a new pair I'm never buying red wings again very rude people and don't stand behind there products

I love there boots the staff is really friendly my last pair of boots last me 5 Year is worth it pay $300 for there boots they will last forever 👍👍

Shoes are expensive but I am seriously flat foot and with insoles one of the work boots I have is great for my feet. Guy at the store was very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone willing to spend a little extra for something quality.
