The young lady at the front desk was friendly, informative and efficient. Her pleasant disposition was the determining factor on whether I continued service with them or another urgent care, so thank you for great costumer service.

Had poison Ivy and no insurance because I’m in between jobs and thought I could save some money. Lost my prednisone the next day on a boat. Called in to get another one filled and was told that dr was no longer with them. Next time I’ll just pay the extra money and go see a real dr instead of dealing with these bootleg parakeets. Lost a customer for life

I went in for a basic physical...the Doctor I had was AMAZING...his name was and im not sure if I can read his name correctly because..his handwritting is atrocious lol but i think its R. Ramonath MD? I have never seen a doctor at a walk-in that did such a thorough job...i am an LPN & work in the health care field, so im around more doctors then most...and he really made me feel like he cares...the girls at the front dest were friendly & helpful...for a walk-in I give them an A+

impossible to get someone on the phone, it rings and rings and sometimes just disconnects. fax number rings busy for days on end, probably disconnected. Messages through online portal go unanswered. If you try to leave a message it goes to a voice mail box that, wait for it, doesn't take voice mail messages, then it hangs up on you. If they can't handle a phone call, how can they possibly handle a patient's medical issues. AVOID

Questions & Answers

If I tested positive, and a couple days later my family got sick and tested positive. If my end date is let's say tomorrow should I stay away from them till there time is up so I don't get it again ?

If you test positive fpr covid 19 you can not get sick again after you recover because it is in your system for 3 months. You can test again when you recover from covid 19 when your feeling well but to answer your question you are fine. If your family lives with you and they test positive as well you and your family need to quarantine your selves for 14 days. If you are still not feeling well after the two weeks of quarantine. You need to continue quarantineing until you are well and have no signs of symptoms.

How do I get my test results for coronavirus

It took me 14 days to get test results back from them. My suggestion go to the location walk in the doors and ask them. Neither one of their portals worked until AFTER I physically went to the location and got the print out. Getting a hold of them on the phone is virtually impossible. Their communication leaves a little to be desired. I'm sure they're overwhelmed but they could have a printout to hand to patients coming in that would relay exactly how to get results.

How can I make an appointment for Dec 4th, no one answers the phone

No, they atop at 330. But go to the one in oxford near seymour and there is no wait or line. Just call or make appt online. Say its for work or travel and then u ho and will be done in less than 10 min. I waited 3 hrs at waterbury and then went there and 1 hr later waterbury sent me a text to come in fir testing.

I'm sure you can. It's like a doctor's office. I like them the best out of all Urgent Care Centers.
