In that clinic there is a worker or counselor as you can call her. As a professional, she has nothing, there is a person in her group that she does not take his urine because it comes out positive, they go twice, and she does not take his urine. The group is from 5 in the afternoon to 8 at night, since she is so kind that person tells her a lie, she believes it and let's go before time. Ahhh,,, as it is a personal agreement between her and that person, so she lets him go. Well, the Court, Connecticut Counseling Centers, Inc and all the relevant agencies are going to know what a good job they are doing. Because they are not doing their job, they are not giving the necessary help, much less complying with what is stipulated by the court. Do your job and provide the help that people need because nobody knows what the families of these people go through looking for help in the system so that their relative can get out of that life. The system is worse than this, the system is useless because of people like you who don't do your job.

I attempted to reach these people by phone, in order to set up an intake appointment. So, I got SLIGHTLY miffed. Due to odd ( and I think unfair) way my insurance is structured. In other words, they dictate what towns I can go to for counseling. So, I agreed to meet via phone sessions. But the counselor, I guess she was, gave me some nonsense about we would be a poor fit. When I pointed out that she was personalizing things. She agreed. I told her that I thought that SHE was in the wrong business! How can anyone be that thin skinned, and insensitive to the concerns of a needy client?! I have run into this arbitrary situation with my insurance company before. In any event, this “counseling service” seems like a good place to avoid!

I have had issues frome day one few of them a kind and helpful but new director is judgmental and disrespectful look at me like I'm some king of scumbag .if you a good honest respectful person do not ho here .you can't not tell them the truth about anything.there should only be caring and non judgmental people working at a place like this.
