This is an amazing place to live. Corey and Lizzi are very nice and helpful. The community is peaceful with terrific landscaping, water ponds, and streams. The people living in the community are very kind. The location is convenient for being close to so many groceries stores and restaurants.

Current resident, speaking on behalf of many neighbors as we have had enough. Very bad management, getting worst and worst in the past 5 years. Way overpriced for the low quality of service provided and the way you are treated. Each time you request for a maintenance, the office finds a way to make you suffer in reprisal. They just do not want to spend on any extra for residents. Lacking basic community portal and activities to foster community sense in the residence. They spent a ton of money on an artificial river which is now full of algae, while they should have let the prior design as is, as it was more environmently friendly. Controlling what you can have or do in your patio to an extreme point. They do regular inspection tours and will send you warning notices even for minor items. Their lease agreement is full of pointless rules they make you adhere to the point (e.g., the color of Holiday lightening you can have on your patio needs to be all white or yellow, and no other color. And yes, they send you annoying emails to remind you of it and harass you until you comply). Micah Murphy should be let go right away, he has absolutely no sense of service, no interest in establishing good relationships with the residents, and takes a point in enforcing all the silly rules in, frankly, a "vicious" manner. The other day, they had us remove items from our balcony while there was absolutely no reason. I have some neighbors who have beautiful plants on their patio which create no disturbance and provide a safe haven for pollinators and wild birds, in addition to being visually appealing: not allowed and they will send their gardeners to cut all they possibly can. Removing and replacing community plants at an extreme rate and spending dollars on it in an excessive manner. Not pet friendly at all, and they will not hesitate to take actions to remove any pet you have. Not recommended, unfortunately due to the degradation of the service and the not friendly faces and behaviors in and from the Glenbrook office.

AMAZING COMMUNITY!! I have lived in 7 different communities so far, and this is the best one so far. The landscaping is phenomenal! the amenities are fantastic.. They have facilities for Tennis, Volleyball, Soccer, Mini Golf, Ping Pong, Pool, indoor and outdoor gym. They have ample amount of parking space. Apartments are also great, and very well maintained.

Absolutely loving our stay here. Corey and Lizzi are a delight to work with and make you feel so comfortable! The maintenance crew & property manager addressed our needs right away whenever something went wrong. Also, the nature, cute little turtles, and singing birds make it such nice place to live.

Yes, we have recently installed outdoor spin cycles and fitness canopies with full racks of hand weights that are now open for residents. Many prefer working out outdoors anyway so some of our outdoor fitness amenities will remain open long term to give our residents both indoor and outdoor options when gyms reopen.
