This Bagel Me location was a disappointment. I order a sourdough bagel with cream cheese. Not sure if it was sourdough, which is not a big deal. However, the cream cheese tasted like a combination of blue cheese and mayo. Which would be great with wings, but I am having a bagel expecting my cream cheese to taste like cream cheese. Maybe it was expired. It just ruined my breakfast, next time I will just go to 85. I get a drink and a pastry for $5+. Also, the customer service needs work. The lady in the window did not greet me once. She works in the customer services field; therefore, you need customer service skills. Will not be going to this location ever.

Hey mr.owner I pulled into a line at your place of business with not a customer in sight to order a omelet. I was told no omlets after 11a.m. I looked at my watch and it was 11:03 I said o.k.and went down to Hercules which serves breakfast all day. It just seems to me with no customers your staff would want to make you some money

Great food but the ABSOLUTE worst service EVER. I go here very often and they are incredibly slow I seriously do not understand what possibly takes them so long to put a bagel in the toaster and cream cheese on. It literally takes them 20 minutes to do that. I cannot express enough how frustrating it is to go through the drive thru. I just waited 15 minutes for them to come to the speaker to take my order and then another 15 minutes to make my bagel. Ridiculous. Get it together seriously.

This is our go to cake bakery for all of our parties! We started off getting our wedding cake here and now I've gotten about 5 other cakes here for showers, birthday parties etc. The cakes always come out exactly as I imagine and the flavors are all insanely delicious. A true gem for the city of Orange!
