I've tried a few different float locations around OC and have seen the best and the worst (The worst being a Saw movie type of shower in the corner of a carpeted room with warehouse lighting. No joke.) Awaken Float Lounge is THE best around!! I go for 2 hours weekly and have experienced some life changing benefits. The most note worthy change is my relationship with my phone. Prior to coming here, I usually spent most of the day glued to my earbuds. I'm always listening to a podcast, book, or music. Rarely did I do ANYTHING without some form of secondary stimulus. I've come to realize I was drowning myself out with external input, and rarely did I ever just sit and listened to myself. That has dramatically changed. I have regained an appreciation for silence, but more importantly I have rewired a critical connection to my inner voice. ⚠️WARNING⚠️ Transformative experiences may occur!

Scheduled a 90 minute float for my birthday. Got a great discount. When I came in I was greeted by Alex who gave me the run down. He was very patient, very kind, and informative of the the whole experience. Everything was very clean and safe. Hopping in, you'll start to forget about all your senses which is quite normal, and all that's left is just NOTHING. How often do we get to do that? Haha. If it's your first time, go in with no expectations. This is a great place to try out!

Great place to float if you've never done it before. Got a deal on groupon for a 90 min float, which I recommend over the 60 min because it takes a while for your mind to calm down, which turned to be great. The tanks are unique because they up against the wall. The showers are clean and they give you eveything you need. There was a distinct smell which may bother some; It did me. The best part is they're not pushy about getting membership. Happy floating

This place is the best float tank experience I have had. The rooms are always clean and well lit, you can tell everything is well taken care of. I do alot of moving around for my job so it's nice to just take some time to meditate, and let my body relax. I would recommend this place for first time floaters.
