They lied and said I can't return without receipt even though it shows up 4 days ago on my account a different store did no problem I get that times are tough they're probably struggling really hard in that location they need to penny pinch. Definitely need to read up on the policy though

I have been using this Gamestop for as long as I can remember and while new employees and management understandably cycle through, the service is always top notch. They offer 9pm releases for a lot of the newer popular games and are always really helpful with preorders for games or merchandise. I now live further but will continue to use this gamestop because of the above mentioned

They've changed since I've last been here in over 5 years. I didn't come to buy games but to explore their merchandise. It was a nice change to find a spot that sells items you enjoy (for gamers) that are more tangible. I hope they keep going in this direction as I'll come back again.

Yes, they try to hide it but it is your money. Try to bring the receipt if you can or just ask to move the money to a different game you are interested in.
