had an absolutely awful experience. from day one the man who was in charge of my relative was rude to my mom and him. he said he wanted him gone and wanted to kick him out and said we would get our money back since he wasn't even there for 3 days. so my relative left in order to get out of the toxic environment. the man in charge made up lies about my mother calling him at 11 PM when I know she was in bed asleep. as long as that man works there, I don't recommend this place. to work with addicts you need patience and understanding, and this man had neither of those.

They cut through are yard and our AIRBNB yard constantly and while I don’t mind our guests get concerned when you’re just settling in and have characters walking through the yard like they own it

All for money and not for helping and healing. The worst place ever!!

This place is a complete joke. The only thing that this place cares about is the money its basically robbing people of because there is absolutely no real recovery taking place. My man got kicked out because he went to a 12 o'clock meeting and not a 7 o'clock meeting when it states in the contract he signed that he only needs to attend 6 a week and he already did what he was supposed to. And on top of that the place is completely run down and not taken care of properly. The living areas are invested with black mold and the maintenance is not kept up on. Not worth the money they pay. Nothing but a shit hole.

I have a roommate who is an alcoholic and have been to rehab several time and it such a short stay, he need intense therapy. He is willing to go somewhere and he is 63 and he gets a social security check that can be used for his care. Please help.

Blandin, good morning. I'm so glad that I visit places like these because I see you are someone who cares. I'm sorry that your roommate is an alcoholic and Rehab may or may just not be the place for him. If he goes to Solutions recovery they are very strict. The first time he drinks he will be kicked out and he won't be able to return. My advice to you it's the cost Solutions recovery and see what it is that they specialize in and see if they feel that they can help you. After speaking with them if you think your friend will get a positive result then by all means check him in. However don't send him there if it's just the way to remove him from the home that he is already comfortable in because again once he goes there and f**** up pardon the French he will get kicked out and then end up back with you if that's an option.

Michael Herndon (mikeanikebikes) | Oct 2, 2020
Thomas Maloney | Oct 2, 2020

Absolutely. Just show up. Speak with the staff in the office and they will help you. Its not about the money. It's about the help.

Are there any other fees besides the intake fee?

What is the average pay for a job there I am at turning point and am thinking of coming over there after I pay off the facility I am at it seems hopeless is it better there

Alex Varner | Oct 2, 2020
Thomas Maloney | Oct 2, 2020

The employment director seeks out good paying jobs for all the residents of solutions. I can't compare two different facilities. I graduated the program at solutions and life is a lot better this way.

So it’s 1000$ intake fee? Is there any other cost? How long is the program? My step son is 23 and addicted to heroin.

Amanda Leonardo | Oct 3, 2019
Thomas Maloney | Oct 3, 2019

The program is six to nine months. The initial intake fee is for psychological assessment and job placement. The program fees are $200 a week. This covers housing and transportation to and from work as well as classes. Its a great place. If your step son really needs help and wants his life to change this is the place. Call and speak with them. They are more than likely to help with the initial fee. Don't let that put you off.

Is it true no cell phones..no short sleeves or flip flops. So on. ? I just wonder the reason for the rules. I know its to help the ones in treatment. My daughter is coming there .

Kat Chambers | Oct 3, 2019
Shawn Link | Oct 3, 2019

Not true. You can have cell phones. The only thing with the females is that they discourage revealing clothing. For good reason. I hope this helps

Why won't they return my deposit. I put money down to hold a bed for my son and when I did not send him there they won't return the deposit. Be very careful!
