Have never had a problem. Maybe you should look to ordering online instead. I order on the app and by the time i get there, it is ready. By the way, that location is very busy. Looking into another store with less traffic will likely have more time to take an order by phone
I assume they don't answer because they're busy. In all honesty, I don't know. I've decided here recently to just order at the location and take it home. I can't be ignored that way!
