For the second time in two weeks, they have failed to deliver my order, while spending almost $30.00 on food from them. They hire incompetent Door Dash drivers who have 0 work ethich and can't be bothered to do their jobs. Not to mention can't be bothered to answer the phone at all either. Don't order from this place, let alone Pizza Hut as a whole.

They will not get my service anymore. The manager called me after I placed order. They only doing door dash or pick up. I explained to Miranda the manager. I don't have a car or card. I then lost my awards points I had. They lost a good Valuable customers

The pizza was pipping hot and tasty. The only negative was that we can the location to place an order and was on hold for 40 minutes. It wasn't until I went for pick that I saw a sign stating they know the phone were not working and that all calls were forwarded to the call center. This is something that needs to be a TOP PRIORITY to fix. If it weren't for the promo coupon we would have gone else where. To be honest this left a very sour taste in my mouth.

Whomever the front counter girl is with short blonde hair and obviously pregnant needs to be spoken to about her customer service skills. Upon entering the building I was not greeted at all so I broke the silence by telling her I had a pick up for Shawn. She still say nothing but now seems annoyed and taps away at her screen to print my receipt. She hands me the receipt and tells me my order just went into the oven. Fast forward to 20 minutes later when a girl cancels her order because she doesn’t want to wait any longer. So I tell the cashier that I have been waiting for 20 minutes for a pizza that should have taken no more than 10 minutes to bake, cut, and box. She finds it in the warmer, puts it on the counter, and says have a great night with an awful attitude. Never once did she apologize for the delay or thank me for being patient or a customer for a business that is clearly hurting. I have been here sparingly over the past couple months because it’s never a good experience. It’s always different people, and I’m always waiting at least 15 minutes longer than the expected time. This store needs to do better.
