Never do curbside, I waited 30 minutes over my estimated delivery time…delivery…to the curb for 2 one topping pizza. No sauce and no garlic seasoning… No bueno.

If I could go negative I would! Put the order in online for delivery! App said 34mins... was like ok. Well it was over 2hours! Not too upset about the time until I looked into it! My pizza was made right after the order placed! It was out of the oven for over an hour before it was put into the car for delivery! When I called to inquire about the warmish pizza the man on the phone hung up on me! I asked him why it was made an hour before it was able to be delivered! I then drove to the store and was told the manager wasn't there....oh but he was! I heard his voice on the phone! I came to complain about terrible customer service and it was the manager that gave it to me! I think his name was Jacob.....

Do not order from this store. Ordered online, 1 hour later still don’t have my pizza. They told me to wait another 25 minutes.

They deliver. Their pizza is high quality. Without properly prepared dough, and the freshest farm ingredients they can find, they would not be in business. I was a part time driver for them a few years ago. You can't go wrong with Dominoes Pizza. Try em!

It is one of the busiest stores in the DFW Metroplex and sometimes they do not have enough employees or time to answer phones when working through rush hour.
THIS STORE IS TOTALLY INCOMPETENT!! THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR TAKE ORDERS ONLINE!! WE USED TO DO HUNDREDS OF $$ A MONTH IN BUSINESS W/ THEM-- ALSO, WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT W/THE WOOD WAY STORE--THEY SAY THEY CAN NOT CROSS 'ALTA MESA' - THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT I WISH THEY WOULD TAKE OUR ORDER--ALSO CONTACTED CORPORATE & THEY HAVE BEEN LOOKIG INTO IT &WILL CONTACT US-- MY TOPS ARE AS MUSH AS $12!! WE ARE HANDICAPPED! OUR DOMINOS IS 1.3 MI FROM US !! ANY THOUGHTS?? -MINGST FAMILY- PS TODAY WE STARTED OUR ORDERS @3PM.
