I know this is a franchise location and it's probably a corporate issue... If you want to pay cash in store for a pickup you need to pay forward one dollar just to place the order. Well coming to the store to place to place your order then you forgo any discount available to me.

The staff at this store doesn't care about the customer they didn't help someone carry out 13 pizzas and when the manager was told he said well there isn't anything I can do about that

Usually this place is really good ..but tonight sunday and says open till 12. Midnight. I online ordered delivery tipped 4.and change and ordered at 950 they canceled my order. I live right around the block. Called store and says they are closed. No phone call.. nothing now its past 10 and everything else is closed. A 10 second call would have been nice guys really especially when your hours on google says 12 Midnight

Ordered a pizza for carry out at 10pm on 11/21. Google and the website said location open until midnight. Order was processed, I was charged, and when I pulled up I discovered the location had to close early. I know they have been short staffed in the past, so I’m sure that played a role. However, nobody will refund me. I’ve contacted the location directly and was told to call corporate. I called corporate and someone heard my story and said they would pass it along, and I never heard back. I’ve contacted the company via social media and no response. I’m understanding that the location had to close early. However, I’m not okay with my money not being refunded and being ignored. Completely unacceptable. EDIT: The email Dominos gave me in their “response” will not respond either. Looking through other recent reviews it appears this is common practice at this location - as in never delivering an order and not issuing a refund.. canceling online orders and not issuing a refund.. this is theft. The company and location will not take responsibility and they are stealing from customers.
