Ordered 3 pizzas and pasta. Got text saying order canceled or modified. Store would not answer phone. Hour later, got text from Doordash that the order was delivered. One pizza that was not on my order has been left on the ground in the front yard. Charged for order and doordash delivery. Never received what I ordered. Still no answer at store. Corp cust service website is broken. Cust service 800 number instructs to use website or call store. Pizza Hut literally robbed me.

They were very rude, and refused to fix the problem ! I was told that, if I wanted another pizza that I would have to pay for another one, ( versus them fixing the problem, because my pizza wasn't made the way I asked for it to be made ). I had to call corporate, & dispute my purchase with my bank !!

they dont follow instructions .. staff was rude and didnt care. pizza was fresh out the oven looking very sloppy and i ordered extra pepperoni EVEN PAID FOR IT, and there was one slice of pepperoni on each slice. . barely any cheese and loaded with sauce , if pizza hut doesnt make this right i will never order from them again

Horrible pizza. Driver knocked I missed it. Called to get redelivered, how come they brought the same pizza back over an hour later. If you were just go. A bring it back why did I have to wait so long? Trash how come when I call to talk to the manager after me saying hello she says what can I help you with. I say I’m sorry what’s your name and she says I don’t have to give you my name. Then I say just to be clear your the manager right she says yes and I don’t have to give you my name. I say no you don’t have to but would you like to. She disconnects the call. And would not answer the phone again. Man. Totally a horrible experience. Never in a million years will you catch me calling or ordering from there. I would love to hear from someone in corporate.
