There is always problem with this location I ordered 2 quepapas on the website and got charged when I picked up my order they told me they tried calling me which is not true ..my cell phone never rang...so they took it upon themselves to reverse whole charge and then charge pizza by itself again without even asking if I still wanted the pizza. I needed all my items not partial will not go back again

Don't ever order extra on ur pizza because u will not receive but will pay extra, the cost of pan is $2 & delivery is $4.99 its sad u can't even receive ur order on time witch makes ur order not hot when u get it also ur points

My online order said my pizza will be ready for pickup at 7:20 I waited 2 hours past my pickup time and still didn't receive my order. I was told it got misplaced 2 times. Still didn't get my pizza. Very unprofessional!! Never going back

Very rude employees. I picked up my pizza today @ 6:30pm, and the counter helps were the rudest people I had ever seen! A guy employee was there and looked at me and simply walked away to the back without asking if I needed help. It’s as if they were trained to ignore customers. Thus, I left no tip and won’t be returning!
