We placed a large order of pizzas for our church for an event that starts at 6:30 central time. People are supposed to be eating at 5:30 before the event starts. We called and explained that this was tax exempt and we’re told we would have to talk to somebody in the actual store about that and they transferred us to the store. We talk to somebody at the store, placed the order and paid for it with the credit card and the order never showed up. After calling and being disconnected 8 times we drove up to the store and they are claiming that nobody ever called the store. We are extremely disappointed in the service that we got and now there’s absolutely nothing anybody can do and nobody gets to eat before our event starts. We rely on delivery services like these to provide the food at specific times. When we are told that the food will be there we expect it to be there. I don’t know if the store is just lying about nobody talking to them or if they don’t know what they’re doing it all, but they really messed up and refused to accept responsibility.

If I could give them a zero I would! I always order on the app and I always order the same thing, so today the 2 guys in there made my whole order wrong and when I told them one of them got mad, I was nice about it but he basically row his eye and told me I can’t do anything about it! He didn’t offer to make me another pizza or give me store credit or a gift card! Worst service ever

Bad Customer Service did not give me my order do to they do not take payments of 100 dollars bills my order was close to 40 dollars this "new people they hire do not know nor want to work this young African American men could literally not take my 100 dollars payment when my payment was 40 dolars". Please hire people who wants to work people who wan to succeed and that are essential not some one who just go there for a pay check and act like he's zoomed out.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. We ordered 2 pizzas with garlic sauce we received 1 pizza and some nasty cookie thing. When we called the store they told us that they cannot give us a refund or bring us the pizza we did not get but would give a credit for our next order. Like we would order from them again. We told them we wanted our money back for the food we did not get and they said there is nothing they can do. YEA - YOU CAN MAKE THE PIZZA WE PAID FOR AND BRING IT TO MY HOUSE!!!!!
