i have been going to the same whataburger for over 6 years and they used to be good, but every single time i have gone in the last month they have messed up my order or the meat isn’t cooked well. upsetting to see how horrible this establishment has become since falling under new management

They make their own breakfast schedule. If you’re hungry for a honey butter chicken biscuit at midnight, don’t bother. The manager doesn’t care and does what she wants. Always takes way too long, no matter what time of day and this was before or after Covid caused everyone to not want to work. I worked at whataburger all through high school, and man is this place a giant steaming pile of disappointment. You’re better off driving a mile or so down the road to the next place. Even with traffic you’ll probably get the food quicker.

This Whataburger deserves a 5-Star review! The food came out correctly, the staff was very friendly, everything tasted great, and the lobby/restrooms was all clean. This is the kind of place I like eat at and I do eat here often! I suggest you do too!

The wait was about 30 minutes, not only that my order was completely wrong . When I went inside for the condiments I asked for and didnt receive a woman wearing a manager shirt then told me I "can't just take all of that" and when I said I had a drive through order she then proceeded to say she didn't see me in the drive thru to another employee.
