Excellent menu, although can be a bit pricey. The bakery case is the real highlight of the experience. Edit years later: This location has fallen off in all aspects significantly in the last few years. Newest personnel are indifferent, rude, and unprofessional, preferring to shoot the breeze than to attend to patrons. Tables are frequently left filthy, even during slow hours, tea and coffee urns run out without notice by these slackers. If management were worth their salt, they’d be aware and make adjustments in staff as necessary. Specifically, the female impersonating counter person is the height of rudeness and I professionalism. HE needs to be let go yesterday.

The woman who the cashier was soo rude. I waited 25 minutes for a simple breakfast. Then she wouldn't even check on my food. Gave me a dirty look when we left. I didn't say anything to her.. She threw my plate in front of me no apology just walked off. I tried to say something. .but was ignored. UPDATE- I contacted them, they never responded, sad. I am still bewildered. My boyfriend wasn't there during the encounter, I will ask him to pick another spot when he buys me a gift card to take my Mother out for a special treat. She shouldn't have to endure that again.

Not sure what has happened to this location, but it really has gone downhill. We have been coming here for years. But in the last few years the quality of the food and even more notably the quality of the service is quite poor. We tried to go in for breakfast and spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to take her order before we left. We saw multiple employees walking around and no one offered to help us. We may be in the minority on this, but our expectations are that the customer comes first.
