Second incident at this location. Back in 2016 when they had just opened up I was mistreated here, manager called me and asked me give them another chance and this would not happen again. Since then I been buying things from this place every couple of months. However last week on my day off I went in was in my casual outfits… as soon as I walked in I can tell I was getting the looks from staff already. I bought three things from them… at the check out the lady that was helping me asked for my ID, I didn’t refused to provide it to her but just told her I only had my credit card on me but let me look for it. The guy who I wasn’t even working with jumped in and yelled at me at I have to have the ID, since they have been having many frauds lately. He could have simply refuse to sell those items to me instead of accusing me of fraud after I spend more than 20000$ on there store.. and I have never before asked to provide the ID since most of the staff knows me at this location since I been shopping there since 2016 at least going every few months and have always bought something. I called the customer service to report this incident last Friday I was told manager would call me Monday… this is week later have not gotten a single call from anyone so I guess they don’t care about customer. Thank you.

Amazing store! Amazing customer service! We can't afford anything in this store, but the ladies did not care &were happy to show us anything we asked about. They even gave us a history of the brand. Such a special afternoon!

Visited the showroom today and Anthony was extremely helpful & knowledgeable of LV’s fragrance offering. This was the perfect cherry on top to a wonderful afternoon strolling the Shops at Clearfork.
