It was raining hard when our Pizza arrived this evening, and it was still HOT and delicious when our driver (Pedro) delivered it. We highly recommend this Dominos because they truly think about their customer’s overall experience. Great job!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Just be aware of the fake prices they advertise. Once you order, they tack on all kinds of fees. False advertising at its best. The $7.99 offer advertised and selected, turned into a $26 order after delivery and tip. That is for one medium two topping pizza folks. Thats it. No drinks, no desserts.... just a good old fashion screwing to the customers.

A week ago I ordered over $150 dollars worth of pizza's for a work celebration. When I arrived I. The door at the Henderson location I was not greeted when I walked In. Once the pizzas were ready to be taken out the door, none of the employees attempted to assist me with taking the 21 boxes of pizza to my vehicle. Once I arrive at my work location I noticed that some of the pizzas were over cooked and multiple pizzas were not made correctly. None or the pizzas had white sauce that was ordered. Needless to say, im very disappointed with management at the Henderson location and will be discouraging anyone that I know that wants to do business with the dominos on Henderson. Edit to add: a detailed note was left for delivery person. And they still needed guidance to Cook Children's Hospital, so pizza was over 30 minutes delayed. Delivery driver Larry has no right to say "ya know those masks don't work, right... it's science." He was delivering to a hospital 1 pizza was for a kid whose cancer has relapsed and its the only thing I can get him to eat. Back home they know us by name because we order so much. I'm beyond livid. It was not his right or place. I know there are freedom of speech, but you do not do that to a mom who's kid has cancer. And you do not do that at a hospital who has a mandatory wear mask policy. Not only am I offended, I'm livid. And when I call the store, they wish to only placate me. That makes me even madder. The pizza wasn't even good or average for looks or taste. Expected better after the trouble I went through for it. There is a serious need for sensitive training, better customer service is needed, along with manners, and probably needs a re-evaluation from franchise owner and corporate.

Speak to the manager personally,ask for your refund and to give you your order.
I went down there and found one guy on staff in the store...he has to answer phones makes pizzas and box them by himself....its best to use the dominos app late nites
