From another state 90 if you also want a star for passport. If not without passport minus 25.
I believe it was $5 unless you get the newest ID version. Which can be used for flying on the airplane. That I believe is $25. You don't need to have that for I believe another year but it will be mandatory at some point, at least that's what I was told.
