Time varies. Suggest creating an account on USCIS.gov, uploading your information and waiting a few days to check on your application. They provide next steps as well as an estimate of how long it will the application process is. I have used the online site to pose questions. They are pretty prompt in replying within 3-5 business days, sometimes sooner. Good Luck!

Is your ex wife or his biological father a us citizen? If so he qualifies to apply for citizenship on his own as he is 18. The form is the N-400.

I have a biometrics appoitment for my n400 application, also my I751 is in pending status and I need to get my passport stamped to go out of states so can they stamp my passport on my biometrics appoitment because my one year extention will expire

Since this is a application support center, I am not sure. But you can order the form by phone and it woukd arrive by mail, and also now you can file and send the N-400 online on USCIS website, so no need to file in paper.
I intend to request an expedite in my daughters immigration. Can I come to Hicksville office or go to Holtsville?

Hicksville is not a field office, only a Application Support Center. You must go Holtsville, it's best if you make an Infopass Appointment.

Yes, usually they ask for people accompanying to go only if necessary to help fill the forms, translate or assist in any way. But it shouldn't be much trouble, specially if your daughter is under 18 or 21 years old.
