How in the world is this a professional business someone picked up the phone struggling to hang up and then finally hung up the line They weren’t even closed yet I’m actually irritated .. I need to handle business and now I have to wait until tomorrow to do so..

My mom who is 90 years old . Has Been waiting For Aid to help her get dressed and make her a meal for about 18 months now . I'm not sure what's going with the office for the Aging Hauppauge New York ..
