Worst experience I've ever delt with. My name is Ashley Stith , the employees were so rude , they were extremely un helpful. They treat you like your beneath them. Im a single mother with 3 children..a 5 year old, 6 year old and a new born. I lost my home so let my kids stay with family till I found a place but i can tell by the way these people treat us im just getting my hopes up high they dont care about helping any of us. Im going to pray all i can that this works out for me but after going to there office and saw the kind of employees i was dealing with I know for a fact ill be homeless for longer then expected

Absolutely the best thing that ever happened to me. Made my life so happy and complete. I appreciate all of the help, expertise, professionalism, knowledge and guidance when purchasing my home. I highly and always recommend LIHP. Peter Elkowitz, Linda Mathews and Lynn Law ( no longer there) couldn’t do enough for me. As a single parent I could never afford to have my own home and with their help they made it happen for me and I will never forget them for that. I’m here and my home 20 years now and I still love it and I feel so accomplished for obtaining and being able to purchase my home by myself with their assistance.
