This company does not stand by its products. I have a looploc cover purchased in 2014. It is fading. Looploc says it’s because my chemicals aren’t right. My pool is balanced all summer and when I open it in te spring it’s a mess. No pool is balances when you open it Had a looploc cover installed on October 26, 2021. Came out one day and it was all torn up. Looploc refused to replace. Not even 1 year old.said it was animals. I had my other cover for 25 years no animal ever touched. My pool is fenced in! Stay away . There is no warranty

I’m no longer selling or supplying any loop loc Vinyl liners, recently purchased a free from liner and it’s doesn’t fit , measurements have been check n rechecked and confirmed, the liner doesn’t match the measurements, customer disappointed never had an issue with fitment until now .

I bought a mesh cover for my pool via third party pool company that probably charge me more for a cover years ago. They did the measurements and send it to them. Years passed by and cover getting old and ripped off. Now that I need another one, I contacted to the Loop Loc, they still told me that they do not sell to the public as if they are so important and only company they do mesh product. I told them, I am not going to buy from third company since I still have the measurements and holes are already drilled and anchors are already in place. I guess, I will find another company that sells mesh products that does not use third party who charges more. And rep. told me that another pool company need to make money as well. And he is telling to a customer that! By the way, their products are not that good. I just want to go with them again since they still have my measurements and it is a mesh anyway. But dirt comes under the anchors to the pool. And they come up with a ridiculous amount to replace it, around $4000 for a cover that is not needed anchors and measurements either.
