I am extremely disappointed, i have been coming here for over 10 years now and this last repair i got was terrible… they are good with iPhones but not Samsungs. The back of my phone is now separating from my screen after its last repair. Not to mention my camera is dirty after getting that replaced in the beginning of the year mind you it’s on the lens which i have no way of gaining access to . I have spent thousands here. Rod was a good business man i don’t know what happened im so disappointed.

I dropped my laptop off Saturday to get the screen replaced. The worker told me it would take 3-5 days because they had to Oder the part, but I should call to get an update of when it’ll be ready. I’ve been calling since Monday and no one can give me an actual update everyone keeps giving me the run around. I’ve spoken to many different people and no one knows when the part will come and never even ask for my number to call me back. Hopefully they’ll have it fixed today, but all in all I wouldn’t recommend. You get what you pay for which is bad customer service and them not prioritizing your time. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Got my iPhone 11 fixed by them a couple months ago (just now writing a review) , worked great for about a month then the screen would start glitching , clicking things on its own. When I tried to go back to see if they would switch the screen they stated I must have dropped it when i showed them their was no proof of damage or zero indication of water damage or that I never dropped it they tried to have me pay for another screen. Other phone repair companies that value customer service would have switched the screen as I am sure they just did not put the new screen in properly. i have never paid for a screen to get fixed and then glitches after getting fixed without me damaging the phone. I would not recommend.
