I had pancreatitis and gallbladder taken out back in 2008 with multiple hospitalizations and other procedure my life then has been anything but normal and came under gi associates when I moved to the area my first doctor amazing and she diagnosed me with IBS and told me is is not curable but treatable . She tired numerous meds which didn’t work and on med so bad I ended up in er and it cause just bad after affect. They proceeded test after test and even gave me incorrect test again had got bad symptoms from it and once realized game left gift cards and asked me to come back continue care then my doctor left and saw pa who also understood and tried to minimize and cut symptoms down then was punt under care of a new doctor who then again wanted to do test after test meanwhile large medical debt and now they tell me the FMLA I had over the whole time under their care is not medically needed but my condition isn’t curable and when I have to clean out which can cause me to use bathroom unexpectedly urgently for a day or two multiple times a day and I can’t just put callers on hold to use bathroom and she doesn’t see medical reason and for to get it renewed more medical debt

I have interacted with around 15 staff members from nurses to anesthesiologist in a few short months. Everyone does an exceptional job in their respective disciplines. All in all a great group to work with.

We had no trouble until the bill came. Because my husband has chrons disease they will not file the claim as preventative. We have never had this problem anywhere else. They said he had scheduled a colonoscopy because he has diarrhea, he has had chrons over 40 years causing him to have diarrhea for more than 40 years!! I've read other reviews about this place with the same complaint. Wish I would have read reviews before we went. Now we have a $1000 bill!! The funny thing is that his insurance company told us to have the Dr change the billing code but the Dr office will not.

If your acid reflux is not typically triggered by milk or dairy products, you should still be able to eat yogurt without issue. I would suggest plain Greek yogurt, avoid anything with added sugar. Mainly you want to prevent anything that is going to trigger your acid reflux. Your best bet is to set up a consultation with your physician. GI Associates has a wonderful staff that would be happy to see you.

Is the cost adorable? Less than 3000.00?

GI Associates performs a variety of services so not sure exactly what you are seeking quote of. They commonly perform endoscopy to screen for colon cancer which I believe costs a little more but can vary based on a variety of factors.
