The nursing and front desk staff are very kind and compassionate and do their best for the patients. I don't know if it's the bureaucracy behind the scenes or what, but I've been jerked around with scheduling so much that it seems impossible that it's unintentional. I drive an hour and fifteen minutes to get here (each way) and I work at the same time every morning, so I'm on a tight schedule. I make an appointment for something that needs to be done, but they like to randomly spring it on me when I show up that the thing I made an appointment for actually must be done this very day. Then what was the point of making an appointment in the first place?! It's exceptionally frustrating! But they know that they are the only methadone clinic for hours in any direction, so they can just do whatever they want and we're stuck with them. It's really unfortunate that this is the way it is because otherwise I would give them a very high review.

To receive care at our Comprehensive Treatment Center, patients must be age 18 or older, have been dependent on opioids for at least one year, and have gone at least 20 hours since last using opioids or be in a current state of withdrawal. From there, prospective patients can schedule an intake appointment, which consists of participating in a full assessment, completing intake paperwork, and beginning medication.
