If your acid reflux is not typically triggered by milk or dairy products, you should still be able to eat yogurt without issue. I would suggest plain Greek yogurt, avoid anything with added sugar. Mainly you want to prevent anything that is going to trigger your acid reflux. Your best bet is to set up a consultation with your physician.
