I've never waited this long for dropping of packages. Slow would be a understatement. Why don't they make a seperate line for pre paid lables drop off to be scanned? Why do people dropping off prepaid lables need to wait 20 mins in line??????

I find the staff to be very swift and efficient. I go here often. The wait usually is people not being prepared or technologically challenged. I have witnessed the staff go above and beyond for people who just have no clue how to ship or do a simple return. If you have a prepaid label, you can give it to a UPS driver on the street, take it to a drop off location, wholes food or a store. There is always a UPS truck around this area.

Never had an issue. It's my favorite ups store to go. Staff is friendly and works very swiftly
