Staff hasn't been disrespectful to me yet but I understand how some of these reviews might come about. Basically they treat customers how they act. The only times I seen them be "disrespectful" to someone was when quite frankly the customer was being stupid and insistent. But their "disrespect" is literally just not talking to you like you're the most special person ever. The "customer is always right" mentality doesn't really go here. It's refreshing honestly. They're fast and efficient with their work, what else matters.

Ardyn's Playhouse

I usually come to this location later in the day and deal wt the 2 guys but today I dropped my child off at school and was able to make their 8am opening. Unfortunately they were not. Another customer was already waiting and said "They NEVER open on time" We waited and around 8:12 an employee passed us by and opened the store. No good Morning but hey it's NYC maybe she had a tough commute. We continue to wait outside. Finally 5 minutes later we are let in. The customer before me scans her QR code and the employee says "You're done" without printing a label or giving her a receipt. Now I ship things a lot so I know how risky that is and inform the employee (I'm thinking this is the infamous Jennifer) that I would like to take a picture of my package with the label on and need a receipt. ***NO acknowledgement *** I give her my QR code she scans it and says "You're done" to which I proceed to inform her of my request. She said nothing and does some things on the computer.... finally she prints my label and gives me my receipt. I take my picture and run for the hills. I will return here only in the afternoons when the 2 guys are working or go to 116th and Lenox where I've never had any issues. If you open at 8am you should be open and operational at that time. It's OK to acknowledge people. We're all humans. Also to the management who keeps defending an inept employee "Where there's smoke there is definitely fire" The guys who work here are great, helpful and have good energy. This employee however is going to run your business away.
