The staff is great and super efficient, although the space is a bit crammed. My only complain is that they offer printing services, but those printing services include a $3.49 “file access fee”, because everybody knows that receiving an email and opening a pdf is sooooooo expensive. The staff must have gotten plenty of complains, because they make it a point of making sure you understand how much you’re to pay before they do anything. Anyway, going here to print a couple of pages and finding out it’ll cost $3.49 on top of the actual printing is a bit ridiculous.

This location potentially stole a package. I dropped off a package on 9/16, already boxed, taped, and with a label. Handed to the desk person and had them scan it and give me a receipt. It has not been picked up as of 9/26 and now they "can't find it" and I can't file a claim because I'm not the "original shipper" (the label was created for me to send to a service). The website gives you a runaround for support and the phone support is atrocious.

Worst customer service ever. The notary is particularly obnoxious.

They get three stars for allowing me to just drop off my package that already had a prepaid label. But as others have stated...small store, long lines. Employees are as helpful as they can be with limited resources. Its not their fault. I appreciate their service during these times.
