Wow!! The girls in this office have the worst customer service. How do you go from a simple prescription inquiry to being placed on hold abruptly without even being told you're being placed on hold. To then, being transferred to a nurse who also sounds just as annoyed you're inquiring about the amount of tabs called in to your pharmacy. Just wow!

Horrible... someone in their office misinformed me about something but I didn't get their name. When the staff was asked who spoke to me, everyone denied.... sickening.

Let me start by saying that I did not even want to give this doctor 1 star but I had no other choice but to do it in order to write this review. Dr.Blady heard I suffer from depression and just dismissed everything else that I had and needed to say to him. Didn't even care that I was getting extremely dizzy everyday doesn't care that my right leg is constantly getting numb and my balance is totally out of control. Just blamed it on my depression like I do not know what my depression has done to me over the years. I think he wanted to go back to his intern and talk with her as they were in his office giggling away. I felt that he was a doctor that dismissed me and did not care anything about any new patient that comes in there scared wanting and needing help. I feel sorry for the intern learning from him. I've read the reviews online but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt now I know I should have known better.
