CHANGE THE STAFF - THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOB and are RUDE! If these reviews mean anything, the staff should be disciplined. Every other review on this site explains how they don't want to accept passport appointments and ask them to be rescheduled. Same thing happened to me today. Arrived at 2:17pm for a 2:15pm appointment. The lady at 2:25pm had the audacity to say that we were late - she didn't even know that I was standing there for 10 minutes. When asked for her manager, she was "conveniently" at lunch till 3:30pm. CHANGE THE STAFF or STOP OFFERING PASSPORT SERVICES. Negative stars is most appropriate.

So many lost packages including the one I sent 5 days ago. Rude people and no customer service. It’s my fault for going there and not going to a different town

Lazy workers that are totally useless. Want a receipt for a package you are sending? They can't do that. You have to go use the machine and do it yourself. What do they pay these people for? Also, still all wearing masks and have shower curtains up on the counter. Totally insane.
