I ordered a chicken cutlet with pepper jack cheese, Fried onions, Chipotle ranch and lettuces on a wheat sub roll. I received fried onions,and tomatoes(didn't even ask for those) on a white sub roll. Then when I purchase my sandwich I had to ask for a bag to put it in. But he gave everyone else a bag. I'm totally disappointed it Mr. Subs.

How do you expect to do business when a customer calls to place an order and you place them on by putting the phone on the counter? 7 minutes and holding.

Hi Allison, The employees do their best to answer phone calls and take care of customers. On occasion it is quiet busy in the store and the employees give preference to the customers in the store. We apologize you had to wait.

Masks are mandated to enter the facility and indoor dining is limited to 1 table at a time during off peak hours only.
