I called today to ask about the Buzz Around GB 120 carry on model. I spoke to Chris. He was more than helpful. He fully took the time to answer all my questions. Very polite and nice man. Also Mary who accepts incoming calls was very polite . When I make my final decision I know this is the company I would feel the most comfortable to work with. Thank goodness for good honest people. The customer service here is simply amazing!! My mom had bought a scooter from here about two years ago, she loves it and it enables her to get around, she can’t live without it! Well, just before my sister and her family were coming down for Easter weekend, mom’s scooter stopped working. Not only did they fix it, they lent mom a scooter, delivered her fixed scooter with a new basket, all in 2 days and didn’t charge her a cent!!! Unbelievable service, I can’t recommend them enough!!!
