Hello I moved my daughter in this August she was so excited it’s her first year of college the apartment was pretty big size she loves her roommates but the pool has never been functioning SINCE DAY 1 Knowing you have students moving in why would you not have the pool addressed prior to the student starting. They didn’t have water for three days and also the gym has not been opened I’m wondering why as parents are were paying FULL price( Which is not cheap it’s close to 5000 per semester ) for the amenities that attracted us that do not work since she’s moved in almost 3 weeks ago I’ve contacted and left emails I’m waiting for a response

I have had issues at this apartment from the SECOND I moved in. My unit was FILTHY- it had gnats, cat hair, mold, grease stains on walls, dirt literally skidded across the wood floors, and various areas of unidentified grime. Additionally, the entire complex has not had water since 12:03 AM on Friday, August 26. We were told at 7:30 AM Friday that a repairman would be on site to fix the issue, however nothing was apparently done until around 3 PM on Friday. We were then told it would take 24 hours for the pipe glue to dry, however, it is now 48 hours later after the "fix" occurred and we have NO WATER still! Today, 08-28-22 marks only 2 WEEKS here of a 12 month lease and all of this has occurred. I am just sick and tired of every morning having to wake up to a new issue with this apartment. They have LIED to us all about the water issue (and that alone assured me I WONT renew my lease here in July), but also the fact that the property is gross and my original unit was a biohazard. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love to give this place the lowest possible rating I could. DO NOT LIVE HERE! Please! Listen to this warning! I didn't have water in my toilet when I moved in for multiple DAYS, we are currently without running water, and more. Water was cut off Thursday at midnight (its Saturday now) and there has yet to be anything done about it. The most they bother to do is throw a few bottled waters to the crowd. Don't even get me started on how my apartment was when I moved in. GNATS. Everywhere. My freezer had caked, frozen gnats in it, as well as my fridge. There's mold in my air filter, and there is going to be more soon, since water was POURING through my ceiling the other day. More than enough water leaking through my ceiling, but none in my toilet. They didn't offer a solution to that issue either, or offer to help with any damage. This place is disgusting, a true biohazard. My roommate and I were told that the workers were "traumatized" by our unit. And still put us in here. Not to mention they DIDN'T COMPLETE AN INSPECTION BEFORE MOVE IN! DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE.

If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 stars I would. They changed my roommate's and I's room 3 days before we moved in for "maintenance issues." When I got here, they told me that maintenance worked on our room for an entire month before we moved in. This was a lie. I took a shower the first night I was here, and it leaked into my closet (I had my shower liner in properly the whole time... that was the only thing they were concerned about). After looking at it further there was mold and water damage, and I told the property manager, my RM, and the person over my RM immediately. This problem did not get fixed until a month after move in day, and the property manager claimed she did not know anything about the mold, but I have screenshots of emails she was attached to clearly stating their was mold, not to mention my RM and her boss also told her several times. Also, when I moved into my supposedly fully furnished apartment, I did not have a mattress, bed frame, dresser, or chair for my desk. Our TV stand was wobbly to the point that if we had put the TV on it, it would have collapsed. We didn't have back couch cushions, and our couch cushions we had were shredded. Over the kitchen sink there was bug larvae, and bugs. More mold over the outside door. We never received couch cushions or a new TV stand as we were promised after asking about them multiple times. Not to mention, we have seen countless roaches, ants, and bed bugs even though our apartment was supposedly treated before we moved in. When move in happened, both of the pools were also green, and did not open until it started getting cold. My roommate and I paid way too much for this many problems and a property manager that does not get things done.
