This is the best UPS store experience I have ever had in my life!!! Yamnin is amazing and deserves a promotion raise! She helped me do everything! I arrived with open boxes and shipping labels and was prepared to buy tape. Yamnin closed my boxes, taped them up, and scratched off my old shipping labels. Thank you Yamnin!!!

Yesterday I needed to find out for my client an exact price regarding an expensive item and I was fortunate to acquire all the necessary information from Hakeem. Although the facility was busy, Hakeem guided me in the right direction and although it was packed properly when sent to me, Hakeem suggested that we put it in another box surrounding what i received, which give me a peace of mind as well as my client.
