I was laughed and make crying sounds by FedEx two employees behind me while I was waking out from FedEx office. It’s was July 11th. I didn’t do anything wrong, I didn’t say anything, just asked one of employee for help by return 3 heavy packages. I was told the system shut down, but I saw three people behind me was given service by shipping boxes. I tried asking another employee for help, the first employee that I asked before quickly cut off and said the system shut down, you can try another day. I was disappointed carry three heavy packages walking out, I heard two employees laughing and making crying sounds behind me. It’s hurtful.

Amazing service! Guy manning the entire store all on his own on July 5, 2022, 8:30am was able to efficiently serve every customer despite being the only staff member (visible to customers). I was able to print my stuff in 5 minutes AND was informed of printing through the email method (cheaper than using computer to find the document and print). Most other places try to withhold info to milk more money out of customers, but this guy was not like that and really helped!!! I am coming back to this place for all my printing needs!!! Please promote this guy and/or give him a raise/cash bonus.
