Been to this branch many times, and everything always went smoothly until I met this old African descent guy. I could tell even before my turn that he had already been agitated from previous customers; he was tossing boxes and mumbling to himself "give me a refund”, “I wanna return this”, etc. like he’s mocking what his previous customers had said to him basically. Anyway, I dropped off my package when my turn came. He scanned it and gave the printed receipt to his coworker without saying anything. That coworker then unknowingly gave my receipt to another customer. I later politely asked the guy to reprint me a copy of my receipt since that other customer had walked out. He gave me the attitude and started to be confrontational. I insisted a bit, so he just grabbed a random receipt off the table and said it's my receipt. I knew this wasn't gonna go anywhere and didn't want to continue arguing with him so I left. Came back home double check the tracking number on the random receipt he gave me, and of course it wasn't my tracking number… 😔 I understand sometimes you just have a bad day; I've worked in retails too. But if you hate your job that much, you should consider switching to a new job or position that doesn't require direct interactions with customers. Seriously this is not good for anyone — not for himself, not for the customers, not for the business.

Nothing wrong with the place: things were clean and the machines worked. They were however very understaffed and there was a long time, and some of the supplies in the self serve area were out.

We were doing business here and needed to use the restroom. We practically begged and asked for a little humanity but were refused. Also we are 10 plus years FEDEX account holders and ship almost daily. Really shameful! Treat people like humans!

Creepy stuff at this location has to stop. This fedex place and their staff force giving review has to stop. I really don’t mind giving good reviews. But it went too far when I was told take the picture of bar code, I didn’t think much of it so I did. Then the staff said look let me show you something I thought they were going to show me a feature of some kind and before I even fully extend my arm to give my phone to them. In a blink of an eye my phone was snatched from my hands and the staff begins giving 10 out of 10 for themselves on their own. And even worse in the write review section they pretended to me the customer and wrote their name saying how good they did all while pretending to be me the customer. I felt disrespected.
