Divorce is heard in Supreme Court. He may be able to contact the clerk's office to answer by phone. The paper's usually have the judges name on it.
A notary can't help you they only notarize the documents. You have to check the Florida state guidelines. You can ask a family lawyer, the consultation should be free.
My boyfriend received paper for divorce and child support from florida and it says that he needs to answer in less than 30 days he needs a form which i already got but every notary we go to say that he needs a lawyer or go to florida to answer but the form say that a notary or court clerk can help fill it out. What can he do???
