First an elephant do you have to build up a case against him then you have to come up with the paperwork through the court serving him that he has to give you child support and if he doesn't comply automatically where he would be arrested if that's what you want if you don't want that then you're going to have to talk to a lawyer to advise you exactly what you could do about it

Hi Shada. Try talking to him. You have to be more specific when getting the courts involved. What would you like to do? And you have to be able to produce documentation to validate your claims. I hope this helps.
