Yes I use it however I would recommend calling or going in before your referral expires Also alot if the doctors have been l vacation as th holidays are bere
Yes i use it all the time if one dr does not get back to you somebody will and if you have to speak to the director there call over the phone to speak to her direct and inform her on what has been going on. They have a team so the clinic do be either short on drs or nurses and they do be having new doctors and interns as well coming into that clinic. It takes them time to returning back to you upon messages due to high call volume of patients where they always backed up on schedule every week. Did you call to find out if your doctor may be out the office on why they have not returned your message or call?
