This review is specifically for the Dental services they offer: Don't call to set up an appointment. Seriously, you have a better chance walking to their front desk and scheduling it there. The chance of someone getting to the phone is slim to none. I'm not sure what is issue is with that, but seeing as how other people has had issues with it. They should get that resolved sooner rather than later. People really need to get to their dentists and it shouldn't be a struggle to do so.

I told them I needed a paper filled out and it’s been 10 days since then. When I called I was told that they haven’t filled it out yet and to wait another 7-10 days even when I told them I need it for school.

Terrible you will die waiting on an appointment with them they now choose days when you can walk in everytime you get use to one doc there no longer there you have to start all over with a new Doc nothing is consistent there just all around poor service

If you have Medicaid is free of charge if you don't have Medicaid they will help you wouldn't get Medicaid and or Medicare. Same goes for dental as well.
As far as dental care that's all by appointments and health insurance coverage if you have any if not they can help goes for the clinic for all ages. Same goes for them. They will help if you don't have any kind of health insurance to pay. They do take walk ins til 4pm. They close on Sundays
You can speak with the director or the supervisor. But due to she may have so many patients and not so many doctors be in for they patients. My main suggestion is just try and message her on mychart and see if she can correct that small mistake right away. Or you can call to speak with the head director at that facility there. To address your concerns about this current situation. Some doctors barely be getting to the messages due to so many patients and being backed up on they schedule
Well i just started going to that dental office. I have never got my teeth pulled from them before. I do believe wen it comes to a loose tooth or they have to pull it out yes they pull it out same day give medication thats sent directly to your pharmacist for pain and ask u to come back in 2 to 4 weeks or a month

Do you have mychart its way faster than going in person. Go in person takes longer. I signed up with mychart when they started that process to keep in touch with them request refills make appts and keep eye on my medical records

Yea just ask ur doctor for one and they will provide one with no issue tell the doctor whats the note for and the same day before u leave they give that note to you
