IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF or your CHILDREN DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS CLINIC. Dr Bertha John is a horrible pediatrician who neglected my health and the health of others close to me for YEARS. They do not care about your well being and will neglect your child and their health. The majority of the ladies on clerical duty are useless and just stand around gossiping for hours getting no work done. A simple note for clearance to work or join sports teams takes weeks to complete. Messages left on the phone line never make it to the doctor. There is no other way to contact you doctor than through the useless middle men that cannot even pass along a simple message. Appointments are useless. You get there 15 minutes early just to get a flu shot and you will be waiting there for HOURS. The appointment times are just for show and mean absolutely nothing. You are better off going to a City MD for any of your needs.

Very very incompetent, and have a tendency to misdiagnosed people. I had a doctor over 5 years and my health has been unresolved from the lack of not only doctors but STAFF aswell. I have a doctor named Dr POFF! and he's misdiagnosed 3xs. He's also prescribed me a pill for VAGINAL USE! and I'm a guy. What kind of doctor does this. I'll be filling a complaint to the board of directors of this clinic and be sure to bring this issue to there attention,because I smell a malpractice lawsuit here. He should not be there at all. I also have the medications aswell,which is all the proof I need. As for anyone considering switching clinics,turn the other way,this is no joke especially when it comes to your HEALTH!!!

I left settlement health thinking I could find better healthcare boy was I wrong went to other clinics that were closer to my home but they didn't even come close to the level of caring and commitment by these doctors I was worried about the appointments being so far apart but I think that's a standard now because of the pandemic I now realize the settlement health is the best place around here for anyone who's looking for excellent healthcare and with a heart!!!!!!!!!
