A few years ago this place had excellent care and the staff that worked here were dedicated. Now the nurses that's here don't really care about the patients they stay in the back amongst their co-workers they don't come out to check us to see how long we've been waiting or to see why we are here. before they used to do that , I really miss that the previous staff that were here majority of them retired or went to other hospitals. I really miss them and I wish them well they made a very big difference to the care that we received here.

Sinai's Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery has been excellent to me.

They really care about health & wellness. I’m always treated with respect and their service has always been amazing! Thank you Mt. Sinai staff for taking care of me over the years - greatly appreciate all you’ve done for me and everyone!

Until recently this was decent health institution. Now, its horryfying and scarry how fast patients and doctors are leaving. Its a crisis for health system of the New York City and emergent need for "advanced medicine" care, as a nice euphemism for certain infectious diseases. Shameful.

They never do walking‘s unless you’re an established client and you’re there to maybe see nursing before 3 PM for any sort of bloodwork everything else requires appointment it’s not the most welcoming environment it’s a bit hostile too
