I ordered a Malibu Bike online. The problem with ordering online is you don't know if you are going to love it until you try it out. I went ahead and ordered the bike because it said they had a risk free trial. So I rode it one day for about 7 miles and wished I had gotten the fat tire bike due to how it rode for me. I contacted the company and asked if I could swap the bike for the Tahoe which has the larger tires. There was a small scratch on the frame, which I never noticed until I sent them a bunch of pictures. It may have come from shipping but since we didn't take pictures at the time they said we would have to pay a restocking fee. that's fine, what else can you do. But, then.... they wouldn't send a invoice for the restocking fee and they were picking the bike up and not bringing the new one to me at the same time to switch, which I felt very uncomfortable with. I read a review before buying that someone said that the company actually delivered the new bike and picked up the old one at the same time and it was like a 5 hour drive to do it? I guess they have changed how they handle business now. Very disappointed.

Absolutely loving my new step-thru. As soon as I got on it once I was sold! It was so much more comfortable than the 4-5 others I tried. The seat is super comfy, the handlebar positioning is great, the throttle is awesome to get you moving, and then having the 5 gears is perfect. I've got to bike to 31.8mph so far! Really loving it. Have added a basket to the back and looking to add one to the front.

All surfaces throughout the warehouse and showroom are regularly sanitized throughout the day.
